Testimonial from M.A.
1. What was your situation like before we started?
Difficult. My inability to get things done was having a serious impact on my life. Because I work from home self-motivation is really important. What I was finding was that the displacement activities I had developed were pushing work (which had to be done) into social time (which was vanishing).
2. What has the process of working with me been like?
Comfortable and reassuring. I felt I was being listened to and my issues being taken seriously. The hypnotherapy that arose from our initial discussion was clearly structured around my problems rather than just being a generic session.
3. What is the one best result you have had from working with me?
The affirmation you gave me has worked to the extent that it brings back a memory of the session and focuses me on whatever task I’m doing. It’s difficult to identify any dramatic change linked to that, but there’s no doubt it’s given me another lever to get over my inertia and, in conjunction with others I use, takes me a step closer to my goal.
Testimonial from C.R.
1. What was your situation like before we started the hypnotherapy?
I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, and found it quite difficult to move quickly because of swelling and stiffness in the joints. At times, this has restricted my ability to exercise for long periods, and meant I had to limit exercising to shorter periods of time.
2. What reservation, if any, did you have?
No reservations about Jane at all , but in general, I often feared that hypnotherapy could potentially ‘open you up’ to someone else’s will in a negative way.
3. What has the process of working with me been like?
I found the process to be very beneficial, and felt totally relaxed with Jane and have generally, been much more relaxed overall.
4. What is the one best result you have had from working with me?
The best result has been the relaxation of my joints and a general feeling of tranquillity. I am now able to ride my bike again and walk for up to 2.5 hours with my dog, which has also contributed to my overall feeling of wellbeing.
