Before practising as a full time hypnotherapist, I graduated from Birmingham City University as a Rehabilitation Officer and practised within the social care profession for many years specialising in delivering rehabilitation training to clients with a visual impairment. I use a holistic approach to help you overcome your particular problem or condition so that you can positively move forward with your life. Using hypnotherapy, I will help you access your inner resources so that you can achieve your desired goals; I also use other therapeutic techniques alongside hypnotherapy, including Stress Management and Neuro-linguisitic programming (NLP). |

| Free Initial Consultation |
| I provide a FREE 15 minute consultation with a non obligation policy. The purpose of this consultation is for the both of us to meet and for you to understand more about hypnosis and hypnotherapy. This provides you with the opportunity to find out whether hypnotherapy is the right choice of therapy for you. |
| Initial Assessment & Treatment Sessions |
| Should you decide to proceed with treatment, the session will continue for a further 45 minutes (of which is charged). During this period, a detailed assessment of your problem/condition will be carried out. An agreed treatment plan will then be formulated and you will be provided with some indication as to how many sessions will be required. |
| All future treatment sessions last approximately 1 hour. Special digital equipment is used which helps to enhance the hypnotic experience by providing you with a personal and private environment. This involves the two of us wearing headphones and you hear the sound of my voice combined with relaxing music playing in the background. |
| Hypnotherapy CD's |
| As part of treatment you will be provided with specialist hypnotherapy CD's tailored to your particular problem or condition. Recordings are compiled using specialist software, which provides excellent sound quality. Additional CD's can be purchased post treatment. |

| Clinic appointments are available daytime Monday – Friday and evenings (Tuesday & Wednesday – final appointment is 7.30pm).
Home visit appointments are available daytime Monday – Friday and Saturday mornings. |
