Many people lead busy lifestyles, feeling like they are on a constant treadmill and life becomes a juggling process, trying to meet demands both inside and outside of work. This often results in the time we have to ourselves becoming compromised, having either little or no time to meet our own needs. |
| Stress Management involves helping you to understand the underlying causes of your stress and identify new positive strategies to put into place to manage stress. You will regain control over your stress levels, feeling confident that you can recognise any triggers and then manage any onset of stress more effectively. |

| NLP involves helping you to learn a number of tools and techniques to change the way you think, feel and behave. These can be effective for many problems and conditions. The techniques are simple and quick to learn and are accessible, as they can be used in and out of hypnosis. |
