| As a therapist, I see myself as a facilitator, using a number of therapeutic techniques to guide my clients towards the direction of achieving their desired goals. In addition, I will help you gain control over your stress levels through Stress Management and will help you learn quick and simple techniques through Neuro-Linguisitic Programming (NLP). | |
| I am a Registered Hypnotherapist and have qualifications in Hypnotherapy, Stress Management and NLP. I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR). The NCH and GHR are two of the main organisations for Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and all Registered Practitioners are bound by the organisation’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. In accordance with these guidelines, my aim is to treat you as swiftly and effectively as possible. | |
| I have always worked within the caring profession and this involved specialising in the field of visual impairment for many years. After qualifying and practising as a Braille Teacher, I later graduated from university as a Rehabilitation Officer providing rehabilitation training to people with a visual impairment, before practising full time as a Hypnotherapist. | |
